  • Gablofen intrathecal injection 50 mcg per mL prefilled syringes
  • Gablofen intrathecal injection 500 mcg per mL in 20-mL vials (a total of 10,000 mcg or 10 mg per vial)
  • Gablofen intrathecal injection 2000 mcg per mL in 20-mL vials (a total of 40,000 mcg or 40 mg per vial).
The 50 mcg prefilled syringes are used during the initial test phase, which is done to see if people will respond to the drug and to give the healthcare provider some idea of an appropriate starting dose to use. The vials are used for the "real" treatment.
