Triglide and Weight GainIf you are using Triglide and weight gain becomes a problem, there are a number of things that you can do. A few suggestions include participating in regular physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day on most days of the week, limiting your alcohol intake, and eating a low-cholesterol diet rich in fruits, vegetables, grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products, among other things. If weight gain continues, your healthcare provider may recommend other lifestyle changes or switching to another cholesterol medicine.
