Drug Interactions With Tinzaparin

A number of medications can cause tinzaparin drug interactions, including certain blood thinners, Bexxar, and Elmiron. Some of these interactions can increase your risk of dangerous internal bleeding. To help reduce your risk of problems, make sure your healthcare provider is aware of any other medications you are taking, including vitamins, herbal supplements, and nonprescription drugs.
