TiludronateTiludronate is a prescription medicine that is licensed to treat Paget's disease. It can slow the breakdown of bone and help the body build bone more normally. The medication comes in tablet form and is generally taken once a day for three months. While most people tolerate tiludronate well, potential side effects of the drug include indigestion or heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea.
