Drug Interactions With Temozolomide

A number of medications, such as clozapine and valproic acid, can interact with temozolomide. Drug interactions with this particular chemotherapy treatment could cause serious side effects, such as infections, liver problems, and other complications. Even some herbal supplements and vaccinations may not be safe to take with temozolomide, so make sure your healthcare provider has an up-to-date list of everything you are taking.
