Sirolumus

Were you looking for information about Sirolimus? Sirolumus is a common misspelling of sirolimus.

People who have had a kidney transplant will need to take anti-rejection medication, such as sirolimus (Rapamune®), for the rest of their lives; this is to keep the immune system from attacking the new kidney. Sirolimus is available as both a tablet and an oral solution (liquid). Regardless of the form you are prescribed, it should be taken once a day and at the same time each day.
