Nausea and vomiting, headache, diarrhea, and unexplained rash are some of the most common side effects reported with pravastatin (Pravachol®). Pravastatin side effects are minor in most cases, but you should seek medical attention right away if you experience unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness; have stomach pain; or feel more tired than usual.
