Provastatin
Were you looking for more information about Pravastatin? Provastatin is a common misspelling of pravastatin.
The prescription drug pravastatin (Pravachol®) is used for treating high cholesterol and high triglycerides. It can also be used for the prevention of heart disease and other heart-related problems. The medication comes in the form of tablets and is available as both generic and brand-name products. If you are pregnant, have liver or kidney disease, or have any allergies, let your healthcare provider know before using pravastatin. Common side effects of the medicine include headache, nausea, and diarrhea.
