Drug Interactions With Naltrexone

There are a few drugs that can cause interactions with naltrexone, including marijuana, morphine, and heroin. Some of these combinations can lead to potentially dangerous complications, such as respiratory depression or liver damage. Before starting treatment with naltrexone, let your healthcare provider know about all medications, street drugs, or supplements you are using.

Naltrexone (Revia®) may react with a few other medications. Some of the products that may lead to drug interactions with naltrexone include but are not limited to:
