Mometasone nasal spray (Nasonex^®) can potentially interact with one other medication, ketoconazole (Nizoral^®). Combining ketoconazole with mometasone nasal spray may increase the level of mometasone nasal spray in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your mometasone nasal spray dosage, although this may not be necessary.
