Megestrol ES Side Effects

It can be difficult to predict whether you will develop side effects while taking megestrol ES. However, clinical trials have shown that diarrhea, gas, and weakness are some of the most commonly reported problems. It is important to know which reactions are potentially serious, such as changes in vision or frequent urination. Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you develop these or other serious problems.

An Introduction to Side Effects of Megestrol ES

As with any medicine, megestrol ES (Megace® ES) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If reactions do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.
