Digoxin, cyclosporine, and certain other drugs may cause potentially serious interactions when combined with ivacaftor. Some of these reactions can increase the risk for side effects or decrease the effectiveness of the medicines. Your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely if you combine ivacaftor with other products, and adjust any dosages if necessary.
