Brand-name etoposide injection (Toposar) is made by Teva Parenteral Medicines, Inc. Generic versions are made by several different generic manufacturers.
 
Brand-name etoposide phosphate (Etopophos) is manufactured by Baxter Healthcare Corporation for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.

Etoposide is available in the following strengths and forms:
 
  • Etoposide injection 20 mg per mL in multidose vials
  • Etoposide 50 mg capsules
  • Etoposide phosphate equivalent to 100 mg etoposide.
