Atenolol, cisapride, and haloperidol are some of the medicines that may potentially interact with dolasetron. Drug interactions can affect the level of dolasetron in your blood and increase your risk of developing a dangerous irregular heart rhythm called QT prolongation. Other QT-prolonging medications that may cause drug interactions with dolasetron include vardenafil, certain antibiotics, alfuzosin, and pimozide.
