Available in the form of a tablet, bosentan is prescribed to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). This drug is taken twice daily, in the morning and evening. It works by preventing the blood vessels from constricting (narrowing). Chest pain, swelling, and headaches are some of the possible side effects.
