Although some people taking Antivert do not experience problems with the medication, side effects are possible. Some of the most common side effects of Antivert may include dry mouth, blurred vision, or drowsiness. While most side effects of this drug are minor, some are potentially serious and should be reported to your healthcare provider immediately, including heart palpitations, seizures, or difficulty breathing.

An Introduction to Antivert Side Effects

As with any medicine, Antivert® (meclizine hydrochloride) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will have problems. In fact, some people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are easily treated by you or your healthcare provider.
