Drug Interactions With Loratadine and Pseudoephedrine Sulfate

Certain medications can cause drug interactions with loratadine and pseudoephedrine sulfate, including erythromycin, cimetidine, and blood pressure medicines. While some interactions may increase the level of loratadine and pseudoephedrine sulfate in your blood, others can cause potentially serious complications, such as an irregular heart rhythm.
