Who Should Not Take Ipratropium Nasal Spray?

You should not take ipratropium nasal spray if you are allergic to Atrovent nasal spray, ipratropium bromide, or any of the inactive components used to make ipratropium nasal spray. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients used to make ipratropium nasal spray. Also, you should not take ipratropium nasal spray if you are allergic to atropine, a similar medication.
