As with any medicine, granisetron transdermal (Sancuso^®) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will experience side effects. Side Effects to Report

There are a number of possible side effects with granisetron transdermal that you should report to your healthcare provider. These include, but are not limited to:

Anxiety
An irregular heart rhythm (arrhythmia)
Chest pain
Fainting
High blood pressure (hypertension) or low blood pressure (hypotension)
Signs of an allergic reaction, such as:

A rash
Hives
Itching
Unexplained swelling of the lips or mouth
Wheezing, or difficulty breathing
Difficulty swallowing.
