Drug Interactions With Fluticasone Propionate Nasal SprayProtease inhibitors and certain antibiotics or antifungals can cause drug interactions with fluticasone propionate nasal spray. When these medicines interact with the nasal spray, the level of fluticasone propionate in your blood may increase, which could lead to potentially serious side effects or complications. To help prevent fluticasone propionate nasal spray interactions, make sure your healthcare provider knows about all other drugs you are taking.
