Your dose of fexofenadine will depend on factors such as age, other medical conditions you have, and other current medications. The recommended fexofenadine dosage for adults (and children 12 years old and over) with seasonal allergies or chronic hives is 60 mg twice a day or 180 mg once a day. For children 6 to 11 years old, a dose of 30 mg twice a day is recommended.
