Fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine is not approved for use in children. It is approved for adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older.
 

Are There Off-Label Uses for Fexofenadine and Pseudoephedrine?

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend a drug for treating something other than the conditions it has been licensed to treat. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time there are no off-label uses for fexofenadine and pseudoephedrine.
