ErrinErrin is an oral contraceptive that is available by prescription. It is a progestin-only pill that is most commonly used by breastfeeding women and women who should not take estrogen. Since this pill is not very effective at stopping ovulation, it also works to prevent pregnancy by altering the endometrium and cervical mucus. Potential side effects include irregular menstrual periods, nausea, and headache.
