Beclomethasone Nasal Aerosol Information

Adults and children as young as 12 years old may find allergy relief with beclomethasone nasal aerosol (Qnasl^TM). This prescription nasal spray is specifically designed to help relieve nasal symptoms caused by seasonal or year-round (perennial) allergies.

 

Beclomethasone nasal aerosol is a "dry" nasal spray, which means it's less likely to cause fluid dripping down the back of the throat or out the nose (as traditional water-based nasal sprays tend to do). Dosing instructions call for two sprays of the medicine in each nostril once daily. Side effects may include headaches, nosebleeds, and nasal discomfort.
