Arcalyst Medication Information
Available by prescription, Arcalyst® (rilonacept) is a medicine used to treat a rare, genetic group of autoinflammatory conditions called cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes (CAPS). These conditions include familial cold autoinflammatory syndrome (FCAS) and Muckle-Wells syndrome (MWS). Arcalyst comes in the form of an injection that is given just under the skin (subcutaneously) once a week. It is approved for use in adults and children as young as 12 years old.
