Desonide? Desinide is a common misspelling of desonide.
Several skin conditions, such as seborrhea, poison ivy, and contact dermatitis, can often be treated successfully with desonide (Desonate®, DesOwen®, Verdeso®). This medicine is available in a foam, gel, lotion, ointment, and cream, and is applied to the affected area of the skin two to three times a day for two to four weeks.
