Taking mecamylamine at the same time as you're taking desloratadine and pseudoephedrine may cause your body to metabolize the medicines differently than intended. This can result in mecamylamine not working as well as it should. If you are taking these medications together, your healthcare provider may choose to monitor you more closely or make necessary dosing adjustments.
