Carfilzomib Skin Side Effects

Although some people tolerate carfilzomib (Kyprolis™) well, a majority of people who use this chemotherapy drug will develop side effects. Extensive clinical trials have shown that some of the most commonly reported reactions of this drug include:
Some reactions are potentially serious, including certain skin problems. These side effects of carfilzomib can include things like:
  • Pale skin
  • A bluish tinge to your skin
  • A rash or skin reaction at the injection site
  • Yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice).
