If you happen to miss a dose of bedaquiline during your first two weeks of treatment, simply skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. If you miss a dose during weeks 3 to 24, take the missed dose as soon as you remember and then continue with the three-times-a-week schedule.
Do not take a double dose of this medicine to make up for a missed dose. Also, during weeks 3 to 24, do not take more than six tablets (600 mg) during a seven-day period.
