Afinitor® (everolimus) well, problems may occur and can include potentially serious side effects. For example, contact your healthcare provider if you develop complications such as:
Yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes (jaundice).
It is also important to tell your healthcare provider about any existing medical conditions you may have, including diabetes, liver disease, or any kind of infection. Afinitor can also cause potentially serious drug interactions when combined with certain medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
